Customer Service Operations

Our customer support agents are the front-line of our campaign of kindness to help customers contacting us with problems and/or questions; whether providing customers with accurate information, resolving order issues, or assisting with return claims.
With the goal of leading our customers to keep coming back time and again, our team does all they can to help provide a pleasant and easy shopping experience for each and every order we receive.

Logistics & Operations Management

Our dedicated, in-house Dealer Service Team works full-time to provide our Dealers order and logistics support.

Dealer Services Agents answer questions about order details or processing procedures, tracking down lost packages claims, and any other issues dealers may encounter on a day-to-day basis.
The Operations team works directly with parts managers to develop friendly, professional working relationships. A strong understanding of our dealers' needs and priorities allows us to provide service that exceeds expectations.
Armed with the data analysis and IT technology, to continuously drive business efficiency which resulting in decreased costs. From monitoring daily operations to identifying issues and improvement opportunities, then translating into improvement plans and IT projects that enhance quality and customer satisfaction.

Product Development & IT Management

The IT Product team collaborates with customer service and logisitics operations and various other teams to develop and enhance IT products and solutions.

Translate business and customer needs into actionable IT initiatives by engaging in team discussions and analysis. Our AI-driven solutions increase operational efficiency and quality.
From conducting technical research and API testing to ensure integration readiness, we utilize third-party service providers to build a holistic IT environment.
Execute end-to-end testing of both website and backend functionalities, closely monitoring project milestones to support timely delivery and deployment.

Operations & Business Analytics

The Business Analytics team empowers business growth by designing and building scalable, efficient, analytical tools and intelligent systems that support daily operations and management to better align business goals with customer experience.

Develop data-driven solutions with duties ranging from engaging directly with frontline teams to identifying operational pain points, to analyzing performance data to uncovering actionable insights.
Evaluate performance from both financial and operational perspectives to identify key issues, such as pricing and performance KPIs. With AI-powered IT and data technologies, ensure transparency across operational and financial systems and streamline team collaboration and decision-making.

SEO & Marketing Operations

The Marketing team collaborates across the company to coordinate unified efforts to maintain brand standards, grow sales, and coordinate promotions and strategy, while also working independently on tasks such as performance reporting, goals and KPI setting, and more...

Utilize multi-channel marketing strategy including social media, email, CRM campaigns. Our Marketing team designs, implements, and conducts marketing campaigns, monitoring customer reviews and improving conversions.
